Steven Serio
Steven Serio is a knowledgeable producer in the Hampton Roads/Richmond area of Virginia. He holds Accounting and Information Technology degrees from Old Dominion University and has lived in Virginia for over 40 years. He has been in the real estate business for over 20 years and experienced different real estate cycles. As the founder/broker of FI RealEstate, a highly rated boutique brokerage, he has handled many types of transactions from the buy/sell of residences, income units, 1031 exchanges, bank owned properties, short sale, land and commercial building sales. He always keeps his clients’ best interest and satisfaction as his highest priority.
Jennifer Elliot
After 11 years in the Army NG and obtaining a BS in Business Management from Liberty University, I started my career in Real Estate in 2012 with a sales license and in 2018 I received my broker license.
Now I spend my time not only helping buyers and sellers but also helping other agents with coordinating their transactions for a smooth process all around. When I am not working, I enjoy family time, traveling, life on the water, networking and meeting new people.
